My first time going to an outdoor public concert. It was very well set up, plenty of seating, great artists! I just wish I would have known about this at the beginning of summer instead of the last show of the year.
The whole setting within the trees in the park, the option for food and drink and the great variety in music makes for a perfect summer evening. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Waiting 45 minutes in line for the food never is any fun, and this was no exception. A very, very understaffed food services counter (although the food was reasonable) created a frustrating experience for those of us in the line-up. The first musical group was ok, the lady headliner was unacceptable. Don't need crude language at a family event.
It's to great to be able to enjoy live performances, and this was worth the wait. The outside venue was perfect, appropriate respect to social distancing, a great experience.
Martin was fanastic, we'll see again in Nov. @ the Winspear! Amazing!
